C&M Construction, Inc. was established in 1984 with the purpose of providing general contracting services for streets, underground pipeline and mass excavation projects. We maintain personalized “hands-on” service with every job – no matter how large or small. Our personnel are trained professionals in a variety of disciplines – each enhancing the company’s ability to deliver on time and on budget.
C&M Construction, Inc. has 70 (plus) full-time employees including project managers, project engineers, field foremen, equipment operators, and pipe layers. Additional staff consists of estimators, equipment mechanics, clerical staff, and a financial controller. Our company has been based in Sherwood, Oregon for over 22 years. The Oregon and Washington construction markets have been our primary focus. Sanitary Sewer, Storm Water, Water Line and Roadway improvements have become a specialty of our company. We have worked on a variety of projects that include public streets, subdivisions, condominiums, townhomes, apartments and commercial developments. C&M Construction has substantial experience in project management, construction management and coordination with various utilities and government agencies.
C&M Construction’s staff of seasoned professionals has a thorough understanding of local and state regulations and procedures. Our variety of experience ensures coordination with a variety of specialists including civil engineers, structural engineers, geo-technical engineers, landscape architects, and wetland consultants. We are capable of providing a comprehensive and cohesive team to accomplish the unique goals and objectives of each client.
